Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing personalized consultations and education on sustainably created diamonds and jewelry
Drive sales by managing appointments, nurturing leads, and closing sales in both virtual and in-person settings
Collaborate with the sales team on clienteling, custom design projects, and sharing customer trends to enhance the customer experience

Required Qualifications:

Proven e-commerce or retail sales experience with a track record of closing sales in a high-volume environment
Strong diamond expertise and jewelry experience; certification as a Gemologist is a significant advantage
Independent, motivated, and organized with a strong ability to manage time effectively
Compassionate and positive demeanor, with a strong affinity for technology
