The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable.Are you ready to shape the future with us?THE POSITIONResponsible for all Maintenance functions within the plant. Supervise maintenance workers in electrical and mechanical work skills. Responsible for scheduled and emergency work assignments, direct supervision while work is being performed and follow up to ensure quality and completeness of work performed. Responsible for monitoring labor and material costs. Coordinate and assign work to craftsman. Prioritize machine repairs and assign to respective technicians Ensure proper communication between Production and Maintenance departments. Monitor spare parts usage and continuous improvement of part usage and cost. Monitor and improve the plants mean time to repair (MTTR). Ensure proper shift to shift communications and complete maintenance reports. Conduct safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Provide training assistance and feedback to time performance evaluations. Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Plant Engineer.
