Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Essential Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers.
• Prepares, cleans, sands, plasters, and tapes all jobsites when necessary.
• Removes old paint coating, if necessary.
• Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.
• Cleans up worksite debris.
• Knowledge of painting tools and equipment
• Knowledge of safety procedures SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo supervisory responsibilities.   • Drywall repair and painting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry and general maintenance a plus.
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively a plus.
  • Physical ability to perform the tasks mentioned above.
