Key Responsibilities

Oversee design for the Frederick Douglass Tunnel Replacement Program, focusing on work outside the tunnel
Lead a multidisciplinary design team and manage design integration for construction packages
Interface with contractors and stakeholders to support construction and technical design integration


Required Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of rail project experience, including 5 years of interdisciplinary coordination
Experience in a major rail program with a project engineering or design coordination role
Subject matter expertise in rail infrastructure design
Familiarity with AREMA, ADA, and NFPA 130 regulations
