A company is looking for a Sr. Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their growing team in women's healthcare.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
Collaborate with the Clinical Recruiter to understand hiring needs and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates



Qualifications:

2 or more years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume clinical recruitment, ideally in a start-up environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Greenhouse experience is a bonus
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
