Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Utilize multiple systems to assess and resolve customer issues effectively
Collaborate with back-office departments to ensure timely and accurate service resolution


Required Qualifications and Education

High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of call center experience preferred
Experience in the insurance, dental, or disability industry is a plus
Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload with a hard-wired connection
