A company is looking for an Academic Operations Scheduling Assistant to support scheduling operations for various educational brands.



Key Responsibilities:

Update weekly reports and dashboards for the Scheduling department KPIs
Process time-off requests and scheduling changes from teachers
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth scheduling operations


Required Qualifications:

Associate degree in Business or Administration, or 4 years of relevant experience
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
Proficient in Google Email, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs
Experience with scheduling systems or applications such as Salesforce is a plus
