Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage transaction advisory engagements, including due diligence and financial modeling
Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence and prepare quality of earnings reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance
Experience in quality of earnings
