• PTOJob DetailsWe are seeking a talented and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in handling complex legal matters, with a focus on commercial litigation and employment litigation. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in litigation, exceptional legal acumen, and the ability to provide strategic counsel to clients.Responsibilities:Case Management: Effectively manage a caseload of commercial litigation or employment litigation matters from inception to resolution.Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases and provide strategic advice to clients.Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.Court Appearances: Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case developments and ensuring client satisfaction.Legal Strategy: Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve departmental goals.Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical practices.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.4 years of experience in commercial litigation and employment litigation.Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.Interested in hearing more?
