Description:

This position supports the Home Office Department as part of the HR Organization. Must have a desire for career path in the H. R. discipline, 3-5 years of prior administrative support experience working within Human Resource function.



Duties/Responsibilities:

Job content includes but not limited to: Calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements and meeting. Heavy communication via email, voicemail, face to face interaction with the internal employees as well as external contacts. Assisting with employee problem solving and providing necessary information when requested. Assisting with budget management including tracking and payment among other things. Understanding and administering the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process.



Account Executives are conducting interviews from 10:00am to 5pm Monday ? Friday.
