Key Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service to internal staff and external patients
Manage calls by scheduling appointments and transmitting messages to the clinical team
Answer questions regarding medication refills while maintaining confidentiality


Required Qualifications and Education

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Associate's Degree OR Medical Assistant Certification + 1 Year Experience
Experience in a Call Center or busy phone system
