This position will work with our Diversified Industries Middle Market client segment and bankers offering both cash management and payment solutions. This role will lead a large team focused on improving operational efficiency, setting strategic direction, and growing client relationships.This role is open to our office locations across our East United States footprint for the Commercial bank.Responsibilities: - Achieves sales and other targets established by business plans.
- Continuously assesses and improves work processes for sales and service management, risk management, and compliance.
- Optimizes opportunities through deal teams and sales calls.
- Influences the strategic direction of the line of business.
- Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values, and strategy.
- Ensures alignment between values and behaviour that fosters diversity and inclusion.
- Builds interdependent teams that collaborate across functional and operating groups.
- Attracts, retains, and enables the career development of top talent.
- Generates significant revenue for the bank and recognizes revenue opportunities.
