Key Responsibilities:

Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for Risk Ripple Analytics
Analyze engagement metrics and map user journeys to enhance satisfaction and product engagement
Conduct user research and collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals with user needs


Required Qualifications:

5+ years in digital product design, UX/UI design, or web design
Proficient in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pendo) and design platforms (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Experience in user research and usability testing for data-driven products
Deep understanding of user experience design and design thinking principles
