Job Title: Manager, Truck Procurement Location: Lombard, IL. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly Role Summary: Pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our inland network. You will lead a team of analysts, ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes. You will be expected to achieve and exceed operational targets within your area of expertise, regionally and departmentally. Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and standards, aligning them with division goals. Manage your team to foster a productive and collaborative work environment, providing short-term tactical and operational guidance. Additional Responsibilities: Provide oversight and direction: Ensure that team members adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
