Key Responsibilities

Analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers
Handle an average of 150 inbound leads per month and close sales effectively
Provide expert advice and foster a positive customer experience at every touchpoint


Required Qualifications

A valid Property and Casualty insurance license
1+ years of experience selling auto and home insurance in a call center
Experience working in a high-volume call center environment
Solid computer and systems experience, preferably with AMS360 or PL Rater
