A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with MAT experience for a fully remote position in Oregon.



Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders
Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and develop treatment plans in coordination with Medical Directors
Provide telehealth patient engagement and monitoring through various communication methods


Required Qualifications and Education

Active Oregon Nurse Practitioner license
Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder in an outpatient setting
Degree from an accredited nursing school and graduate-level nurse practitioner program
3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
