You will always work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure you, and your colleagues go home safe every day. Ensure the operation of company equipment, including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control devices. Adhere to all quality systems & safety procedures, including environmental regulations. Conduct seasonal prep work including annual preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Lead, assist and complete grounds and facility maintenance as needed. Advance the site in metal fabrication projects by being creative and resourceful with a constant drive toward continuous improvement. Understand and read design prints. Lead efforts to improve maintenance effectiveness. Review and assist program leaders and teams with safety programs to ensure adherence. Create, continually update, and train on preventative maintenance plans for various equipment. Utilize predictive maintenance tools to detect and remedy future machine failures. QualificationsEducation: Associate's degree in a industrial maintenance/technology equivalent What Skills You Need: An attitude of curiosity. Willing to be mentored and willing to mentor professional skills as applicable to daily tasks. Industrial electrical maintenance work experience You have a valid US Driver's License Knowledge and experience in maintaining, repairing, installing, and troubleshooting industrial electrical panels and equipment up to 600V are required. Knowledge and experience troubleshooting electrical issues related to motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC are required. Knowledge and experience in maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and installing MCPs, ICPs, fire and securing systems, and communications systems are required. You possess working knowledge of and are willing and able to interpret the National Electrical Code (NEC). An understanding of PLC automation (Allen Bradly) and ladder logic is an asset. You are flexible and can adapt to changing priorities. You are comfortable with technology, possess good computer aptitude, and are willing and able to learn other company-specific applications as required. You are willing and able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation: climb and/or work in elevated areas, stand and sit for extended periods, and work both outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions. You are willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodations) and complete work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting. Willing and able to work day shift, evening shift, or night shift whenever necessary. Willing and able to work overtime/weekends/holidays when needed. Scheduled on-call coverage if required during seasonal peaks. What Makes You Stand Out: 3 years of industrial maintenance experience Millwright skills Basic process control understanding Knowledge of heating/cooling, refrigeration, security, materials handling equipment (i.e., conveyors, elevator legs, packaging equipment, etc.) or other mechanical/electrical systems.
