Known for its commitment to excellence and innovative solutions, this firm provides a dynamic environment for career development in a respected organization.Job DescriptionAs the IT Administrative Assistant, you will perform a wide range of administrative tasks for the CIO and IT Directors, assisting in the day-to-day operations of the IT office. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information.Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the IT leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Plan and coordinate department meetings, events, and conferences, handling logistics and agenda preparation.
- Oversee document preparation, proofreading, and finalizing materials for executive-level presentations.
- Act as the main liaison between the IT department and other departments, as well as with vendors and clients.
- Manage and maintain IT department resources such as the organizational chart and distribution lists.
- Provide backup support for other IT administrative assistants and collaborate as needed.QualificationsRequired:
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, preferably at the executive level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and a high degree of initiative.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and exercise sound judgment.Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience supporting an IT department or working in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Knowledge of document management systems (iManage, Net Documents).Additional Details
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (35-hour work week); on-site for the first 3-4 months, then up to 1 remote day per week.Perks
