We seek a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill the role of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program Coordinator, under the direction of our Chief Operating Officer (COO).Since 1986, our family-owned company has managed neighborhood homes for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As ABA Program Coordinator, you will assist clients in a group home setting by providing BCBA services and growing and managing our ABA team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop and implement an effective ABA therapy program including assessments and analysis, behavior and treatment strategies, and behavior support programs (BSP), using a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions.Clinical duties, monitoring caseloads, and observing clients in CILAs, CDS, and community settings.Supervise, support, and train Behavior Analysts and direct care staff, to effectively implement BSPs and meet all goals and requirements.Deliver timely and accurate documentation and assist QIDPs in creating monthly progress reports.Participate in Behavior Management and Human Rights Committee meetings.Required Education & Experience:Master's degree from an accredited college or university in applied behavior analysis, early childhood education/development, special education, pediatric therapy, psychology, or a related field.Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with current licensure.Two years' experience implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis services.56U provider approval in the State of Illinois preferred.Other Requirements:Current Driver's License.Must pass a criminal background check.What to expect:Residential operations are 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
