• Building client relationships, including an understanding of the client's business and litigation/dispute resolution needs and goals
• Being responsive to client work-related requests, delivering high quality service and work products
• Developing technical strengths in the financial services industry, through participating in training and mentorships
• Assisting with normalizing, analyzing and presenting financial data, building data analytical tools and modeling presentations
• Assisting with document organization, review and analysis.
• Assisting with drafting of industry expert reports on various securities related issues and topics
• Project managementQUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of legal or consulting related work experience, preferably in financial services
  • A Degree in areas of Law, Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
  • Proven technical, analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated research and writing skills
  • Demonstrated PowerBI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Bloomberg, Python and or other data program/processing program knowledge
