We are thrilled to invite a full-time General Surgeon with an interest in Breast Surgery to join an experienced surgeon with our client in Effingham, IL. This is an opportunity to join a growing General Surgery practice within a well-established hospital system that has served the community since 1875. The incoming candidate can enjoy strong and stable earnings, a light call schedule, and a broad scope of practice. This Hospital and Medical Group provide a very close-knit community of physicians with all the support they need to thrive and succeed in their collective mission. Job Details:

• Well-equipped facilities with 4 Exam Rooms, 10 ORs, X-Ray, CT scan, and on-site imaging.
• Bread and Butter General Surgery, with great opportunities for Breast and Women's Health Care
• Base Salary of at least $450K + Productivity Bonus, current surgeons working above the 60th percentile
• $90K in Bonuses available
• Compensated Call, 1:5 rotation shared with local group
• Patient Service Population exceeding 75,000
• Interest in Breast Surgery and Women's Health Highly Preferred
