- Optimize Operations: Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Enhance Patient Care: Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions for inpatient care.
- Drive Excellence: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy or BS degree in Pharmacy and a graduate of an approved College of Pharmacy.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of four years of relevant pharmacy experience or completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1/PGY2 Heath-System Pharmacy Administration Residency
- License(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. Licensed or eligible for pharmacist licensure in IA and IL; pharmacist licensure in Iowa and Illinois within 180 days of hire. We will offer reimbursement for Illinois or Iowa licensure fees!!#QC123
