We are currently seeking a Field Merchandise Coordinator to work with our retail partners in the Naperville, Illinois area. The Field Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards, execution, driving sales and elevating The Kasper Group brands in stores by providing a well - maintained, organized shopping environment and developing a strong with the stores to execute and elevate our brand standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Merchandise all Kasper Group brands throughout all size zones following execution guides
- Partner with the stores to ensure sale sets and markdown execution
- Build relationships with store teams to drive sales by brand by store
- Complete weekly Store Visit Recaps
- Communicate floor moves, best sellers, slow sellers, stock and sizing opportunities
