What You'll Be Doing: - Supporting partners and senior brokers with daily tasks, client management, and appointments.
- Hosting open houses, conducting inspections, and ensuring properties are market-ready.
- Managing and updating the CRM (FollowUpBoss) to maintain accurate client records and complete daily follow-up tasks.
- Handling client communications, and relationship management, and lead follow-ups to set appointments with senior brokers.
- Managing a variety of responsibilities and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
