You will help the Rare Disease Account Executives (RDAEs) adopt a competitive, patient-focused mindset, based on strong marketplace understanding. In collaboration with the RBD, you will help sales teams prioritize the greatest opportunities and drive performance. You should be comfortable overseeing teams working in a variety of market situations. (i.e., multiple therapeutic areas, first-in-class markets, highly competitive markets, etc.).
