Our staff is committed to helping our clients from their first meeting, to choosing a surrogate, to the delivery plans for the baby and every step in between.--Position descriptionAs a Finance Operations Associate, your primary focus is to oversee all financial activities related to clients, such as invoicing, bill payments, escrow management, and financial audits for client "journeys." Additionally, this position will support Accounts Payable for ConceiveAbilities and contribute to various financial reporting tasks.Position responsibilitiesStructure work in support of client-facing processes, building and maintaining measurable tasks, checklists and KPIsLiaise with ConceiveAbilities clients and vendors to actively manage and complete financial tasks and requests related to business operationsIssue precise client invoices, handle bills, and process payments aligned with customer journeysRegularly audit client escrow accountsCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Operations) to prioritize tasks and resolve customer-facing issues promptly, delivering exceptional client service at all timesAssist, as necessary, with month- and year-end close, annual audit support, and certain federal, state, and municipal filingsProvide ad-hoc analytical support to assist management with company-wide initiatives and strategiesCross-train with other financial team membersExperience and skillsRequires EITHER a BA/BS degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business ORA minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in place of a BA/BS degreeExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong Excel skills; familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, and Bill.com is a plusHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitaskAble to apply excellent business acumen and collaborative skills in problem-solvingWe offer:--Generous PTORemote-first culture, with participation in in-person Employee EventsTravel for Employee EventsMedical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, basic life, and voluntary life401(k) with matching contributionsFSAsContinuing education allowanceThe opportunity to make a difference and help build familiesEmployment Type: Full TimeReports To: Tom Tison, ControllerConceiveAbilities is an equal opportunity employer.--The pay range for this role is:50,000 - 60,000 USD per year(Remote - United States)PIc7129b4aee16-25660-36416635 More...
