This includes managing advanced customizations, designing data models, optimizing performance, and enabling sophisticated lifecycle marketing journeys. - Manage and oversee the technical design, roadmap, development and operations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud MarTech and data capability to support campaigns and journey programs.
- Lead Marketing Cloud data modeling and architecture including data extension modeling and cross-product data architecture & mapping.
- Identify and execute improved data flows between platforms to generate increased automation and personalization.
- Structuring data to support automated journeys, segmentation, and dynamic content for lifecycle campaigns like onboarding, retention, or win-back efforts.
- Foster an agile and collaborative environment that prioritizes fast execution and continuous improvement of SFMC MarTech and data capability.
- Act as internal team pro to interface with internal & external SF & SFMC team.
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Hands-on approach to executing improvements to platforms that interact with the SFMC product.Requirements:
