Our expertise is derived from 20 years of delivering world class IT staffing services to Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies in the US, Canada, and Europe <br> <br><B>Responsibilities:</B><br>• The IT Recruiter / Resource Development Manager or RDM is responsible for developing relationships with IT consultants in order to place them on assignment with Modis’ clients. <br>• This role will focus mainly on supporting our large/vendor-managed clients in Chicago.<br>• This is a new role for the office<br>• Will be expected to delivery immediately and help build large client team.<br>• Maintain and further develop relationships with the IT consultants to build a long lasting commitment to Modis.<br>• Additional duties include: sourcing candidates, qualifying candidates, negotiating pay rates, consultant relationship building, database maintenance<br> <br><B>Requirements:</B><br>• Ideally targeting someone with 2-3 years’ IT recruiting experience in similar customer-facing role. <br>• Extreme attention to deal and organization is required.<br>• Not looking for contract recruiters/job hoppers—we want someone who is looking for a career.<br>• Ideally comfortable working with various VMS tools (Beeline, Fieldglass, PeopleClick)<br>• Should have an expert level understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)<br>• Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of various technologies and come from an IT recruiting background.<br>• Candidates must possess exceptional communication and phone skills and a great personality<br>• Must be highly organized and EXTREMELY success motivated.<br>• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.<br>• Must not be afraid of the phone. Expectations are 300+ calls per week.<br>• Strong desire to be a top performer.<br>• Biggest thing = we want results.
