Provide leadership for the shared service center in Cancun, Mexico. Manage shared services operations across EAME and ASPAC. Guide the global partnership with Genpact. Drive the strategic expansion of global finance and accounting shared services. Collaborate closely with global and regional finance, IT, and HR leaders. Ensure robust communication, change management, and training plans are developed. This role requires frequent domestic and international travel.QualificationsExperience Required: 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting leadership roles In-depth knowledge of financial processes, systems, and controlsExperience Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Experience in a multinational corporation Proven track record in leading a shared services organization Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiativesThe position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing.
