A company is looking for a Freelance User Researcher to join their User Research team for a one-year contract.



Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute strategic research initiatives focusing on the needs of small hoteliers
Coach product teams on effective research methodologies and contribute to research democratisation efforts
Manage the Research Community and document research findings in the Research Repository


Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in user research, preferably in B2B/B2C SaaS or enterprise software
Experience with a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Ability to independently carry out strategic research and present findings to stakeholders
Proficiency with research tools such as Maze, Dovetail, and Mixpanel
