  Job Details
  • Surgical Technician, Operating Room, Javon Bea Hospital - Riverside, Days / PMs with on-call rotation, 40 hours / week
  • Works under the direction of a surgeon to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures.
  • Ensures that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly, and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety.
  • Possesses expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique.
    Job Requirements
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
    • Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Surgical Technology program required OR program currently participating in accreditation process
    • Certified Surgical Technologist through NBSTSA
    • Approved CPR or BLS certification
      Schedule Information
      • May include day, evening, night, weekend, holiday, and/or on-call hours.
