Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage activities of the Adaptation and Resilience Collaborative for Funders (ARC)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful task management and event delivery
Conduct research and manage grants, contracts, and communications related to adaptation and resilience



Required Qualifications

At least 7 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
Experience in climate change policy, particularly adaptation
Lived or work experience in the Global South is strongly preferred
