DRW is a place of high expectations, integrity, innovation, and a willingness to challenge consensus.DRW is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Experienced Hire Recruiting team with an emphasis on managing full lifecycle recruiting projects and creative sourcing of top talent.Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including developing position descriptions, creating and managing job postings, sourcing talent, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, managing the interview process and candidate communication, structuring and extending offers, and negotiating terms of employment.
- Advise stakeholders and guide the talent acquisition process, including providing market intelligence, developing sourcing strategies, search execution, and offer negotiation.
- Identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent, specifically for roles in Technology, Middle and Back Office, and Quantitative Research.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and job requirements; track candidates in the applicant tracking system; provide hiring metrics/reports as needed.
- Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief sessions with Executives and interview teams.Required Experience:
