A company is looking for a Director of Healthcare Economics & Trend Analytics.



Key Responsibilities

Manage teams to extract, analyze, and interpret claims data to identify trends in medical and pharmacy costs
Design and develop core analytics products and support advanced analytics and population insights
Identify cost improvement areas and develop pricing strategies to enhance contractual performance



Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in both payor and provider organizations
Advanced degree (Masters, PhD) is preferred
Proficiency in advanced analytic tools (Python, R, etc.) and knowledge of Snowflake and Milliman MedInsight More...
