A company is looking for a Project Operations Assistant to support the Operations team in producing test materials.



Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality control reviews of test materials, verifying content and layout
Assist project leads with the flow of paper materials and comment resolutions
Support pre-production planning, scheduling, and documentation updates


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
0-2 years of experience in project or operations management
Demonstrated proofreading experience preferred
Experience in print and publishing within a business, government, or education context is an asset
