Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an effective internal control framework for governance implementation and monitoring
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on business decisions and strategic initiatives
Lead change management programs and assess existing operational programs to ensure ongoing success


Required Qualifications

Typically 9+ years of relevant experience in Risk Oversight & Governance Leadership
Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Expert knowledge of risk management, audit, compliance, and governance
Experience with risk policy frameworks, such as SOX 404, COBIT, and COSO
