- Help define and mature Kenway's Salesforce Practice
- Coach and support internal resources on SFDC functionality
- Shape tools, artifacts, and capabilities to enhance our practice and market offerings
- Stay updated on market trends to keep our company at the forefront of the industry
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within the client baseQualifications, Skills and Credentials
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations
- System Architect certification strongly desired
- Extensive experience with native Salesforce functionality, best practices, and custom solutions. Must be extremely fluent in building flows, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns
- Experience across the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Health Cloud
- Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and speak confidently on solution design
- Proven experience in consulting, stakeholder management, and project delivery
- Team player who builds trust-based relationships and works cooperatively
- Background in integration technologies and platforms, with design and implementation experience
- Results-oriented with high levels of initiative and drive
- Exceptional client service skills
- Active listener who provides clarity and solves the right problems
