  • Lead and mentor a crew of 2-3 members, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Install, test, and troubleshoot radio equipment, fiber optics, and power systems.
  • Conduct commissioning and integration of BTS equipment, including software updates and performance testing.
  • Handle conduit routing, panel wiring, grounding, and steel/concrete platform installations.
  • Perform safety training, enforce safety standards, and foster a culture of safe work practices.Key Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in fieldwork with a strong technical background.
    • Ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights using ladders, roof hatches, and catwalks.
    • Proficiency in tools like drills, saws, and sweep gear.
    • Completion of OSHA, CPR, and RF safety certifications (or willingness to complete).
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
