A company is looking for a Junior HR Coordinator to assist and support the Global HR team.



Key Responsibilities

Manage the new starter process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for global employees
Maintain the HR system and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date
Support HR Business Partner(s) with administrative tasks and various HR projects


Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
Must have A+ certification
Experience within HR is preferred but not essential
Proficient with MS Office products (O365, Word, Excel)
