Our client has been a major specialty piping supplier in the commercial HVAC industry since the 1950s! They are currently looking for an early-level Production Manager with a few years of experience in a leadership capacity in a metal shop or metal-based product.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement production plans and strategies
• Supervise and manage the production team
• Monitor and analyze production data
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement initiatives to promote a safe working environmentWhat You'll Need
  
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of production, quality, and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and people skills
