Make It Uniquely Yours.You will drive change management for the Finance workstream of one of the largest transformations within Mondel--z, ensuring changes get embraced, adopted, and sustained.SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. Mondel--z is proceeding with a selective transformation approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.*** This role will be remote but must have the ability to go into office when needed in our East Hanover, NJ, or Chicago offices.How You Will ContributeYou will: - Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management of your workstream.
- Work with leaders to create a compelling change story and case for change.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
- Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization.
- Define, design and execute strategic change management interventions.
- Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders.
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.What You Will BringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- 9+ years' experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment.
- Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management.
- Creativity and experience using latest communication and learning tools.
- A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- SAP S/HANA implementation exposure highly preferred.
