A company is looking for a Claims Processor to manage claims processing in a remote setting.



Key Responsibilities

Data-enter and adjudicate internal and external claims in accordance with departmental standards
Research and appropriately pend resubmitted or corrected claims while adhering to governmental guidelines
Refer issues related to fee schedules, contracts, and system problems to management for resolution



Required Qualifications

Two years of medical billing or claims processing experience
Knowledge of CPT-4, ICD-9, and HCPCS codes, as well as CMS 1500 and/or UB04 forms
Familiarity with Health Plan policies and AHCCCS regulations
Ability to meet production standards and process complex claims
