We help the world's leading companies turn strategy into results.As a Sales & Marketing Practice consultant, you'll work directly with sales and marketing leaders from some of the world's leading corporations including Global 100 largest companies. You'll identify and define sales methodologies required to deliver business results and then translate them to the key behaviors that are required to execute in the field. You'll craft learning experiences and simulations to develop capabilities and embed the methodologies created. You'll work across go-to-market organizations, supporting everything from front line sellers to senior commercial leaders.We work in small teams to develop designed experiences - think customized business simulations or app-based digital learning, - then we facilitate these engagements with our clients in working sessions that incorporate humor, fun, and competition; and you're the facilitator and coach who makes these experiences impactful and memorable.When you're not facilitating an offsite with your teammates, you'll spend your time designing these amazing experiences - interviewing clients, conducting research and analysis, testing programs, and learning. This is all done in a team-based setting where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers you to contribute from your first day. Project leadership is also an important component of your work at this level, and you'll increase your client- and account management skills. As those skills and your career grow, you'll take on more responsibility to find new clients and opportunities to grow BTS's business and grow the careers of other BTSers.We have a hybrid work environment with expectations of being in the office 50% of the time when you're not traveling. On average you'll travel 30-50% of the time, occasionally more than 50%, occasionally less than 30%.What We're Looking ForWe want genuinely curious and humbly inclusive people who bring diverse experiences, backgrounds, skills, and capabilities to BTS.Experience and Background Requirements:

  • Minimum seven years' experience in selling or sales enablement in a relevant industry
  • Experience in project leadership as well as account management
  • Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship is requiredRequired Skills and Capabilities:

      • Connects business, sales, and operating model knowledge to client work
      • Applies industry and functional knowledge to analyze client op model performance
      • Problem-framing and Developing Insights:
        • Guides project team to identify core issues related to broader business as well as frames the right challenges for investigation
        • Uses curiosity and questions to draw out data and insights
        • Client-Ready Communication & Relationship Skills:
          • Leads client conversations with defined purpose that adds value
          • Discusses BTS POV to connect to the client's situation and engages the client to create co-ownership
          • Expands their client relationship within the client's organization
          • Facilitates & presents in a captivating manner while communicating with others as regular people
          • Accountability to Self, Team, and Clients:
            • Takes responsibility for own work to help the team achieve objectives and outcomes
            • Creates project plans that anticipate risks and takes action when incremental scope is needed
            • Asks for and gives feedback, and identifies development opportunities for self as well as others
            • Inspires others to bring out the best with a sense of belonging
