Key Cemvita business partners include United Airlines and OXY.The OpportunityCemvita is looking for an operations-savvy Capital Projects Engineering Manager with a strong chemical engineering background to play a critical role in building our first commercial plant.Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Oversee the planning and design of our first commercial plant, driving the engineering workflow and acting as the main contact point with our EPC.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, third-party vendors, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management/Capital Projects.
  • Experience in the Chemical Engineering industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully completing several capital projects end to end.
  • Track record of successfully implemented, revenue-building commercial plants both domestic and overseas.
  • Ability to effectively manage EPC companies.
  • Understanding of the biotech industry and bioprocessing is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, including problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Experience with project management software and methodologies.What we offer:
