Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the People Analytics Solutions strategy and roadmap
Lead the implementation of new analytics solutions and establish visualization standards
Manage strategic partnerships and serve as a technical advisor for complex data analysis


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

7+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data analytics
5+ years of experience in leading data transformation in the People Analytics/HR domain
Strong expertise in modern data platforms, particularly Databricks
Experience with HR data governance and compliance requirements
