Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience and performance. Base salary is one component of OSI's overall total rewards package. Other components may include bonuses, special pay programs, comprehensive time off, 401k with match and a full suite of benefit offerings for you and your family.The Senior Business Analyst role within the Global Project Management Office (PMO), is responsible for activities supporting the defining of requirements through implementation of business projects and IT initiatives. This role is responsible for capturing of various metrics to report on project progress and PMO and IT process improvements.Handling a range of activities, to include process improvements, develop and maintain partnerships with other internal and external stakeholders.Job Responsibilities Job is an individual contributor and has no direct reports. Provide training, process documentation and support to departments on the workforce timekeeping system. Participate or lead training/discovery sessions/to capture business requirements needed to help build workforce timekeeping system. Translate business requirements into detailed functions requirements or report requirements & partner with solution consultants, vendors, or development resources on solution design. This role has the responsibility to understand and place in practice appropriate safety procedures.This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience & Skills 5-10 years of experience in related field is preferred. Experience in designing and developing processes in a highly agile environment. Proven ability to maintain focus and work as part of a team. Ability to recognize and solve complex issues and support appropriate escalation paths. Demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills. Experience in Microsoft suite and Power BI products a plus. Experience in ERP processes and project implementations a plus. Experience in Microsoft suite of products. Excellent analytical thinking. Education BA/BS or equivalent is preferred. Work Environment Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, with standard office equipment available. Work conditions are typical of an office environment. This role requires 10% domestic travel. Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 15 pounds. Position may require frequent and/or infrequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring.
