Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the Salesforce CRM technology strategy to support sales goals
Oversee the end-to-end implementation and integration of Salesforce with internal systems
Build and lead a high-performing team of Salesforce professionals while optimizing sales processes


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
12+ years of related experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce
Proven experience in leading Salesforce implementations in large organizations
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and relevant technologies
