The Project Manager enables the Team's success, helping them be accountable to themselves and their stakeholders for their commitments. The Project Manager coaches the team to deliver high-quality solutions, services, and products while continuously improving delivery. The Project Manager ensures that the team understands and follows the objectives and principles of Agile to deliver services, solutions, and products. The Project Manager reinforces the Team's practice and protects the Team from external impediments to help them remain focused on a sustainable, predictable pace of delivery.The U.S. base salary range for this contract position is $65 to $80 per hour + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • In collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders promptly and clearly.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Where required, negotiate with other department managers to acquire required personnel from within the company.
  • During the project cycle, determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Be persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
  • Have the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management.
  • Possess the ability to defuse tension among the project team and bring the project to completion through political sensitivity.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
  • Attention to detail.For this role, you will need:Qualifications:
    • Project Management experience (5 to 7 years).
    • Financial service/banking/lending experience required.
    • Strong technical acumen.
    • Change/Process Management experience.
    • Experience with domain-driven architecture or Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
