A company is looking for a Medical Director for the Acute Rehab Team.



Key Responsibilities

Provide medical interpretation and determinations for acute inpatient rehabilitation authorization requests
Conduct computer-based reviews of clinical scenarios and communicate decisions to internal associates
Collaborate with team members and external physicians to gather clinical information and resolve conflicts


Required Qualifications

MD or DO degree
5+ years of direct clinical patient care experience post-residency or fellowship
Board Certified in an approved ABMS Medical Specialty
Current and unrestricted medical license in at least one jurisdiction
No current sanctions from Federal or State Governmental organizations More...
