A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst responsible for calculating and administering commission and incentive payments for sales personnel.



Key Responsibilities

Calculate and administer commission and incentive award payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Set up new sales plans and participants in Varicent, including configuration and maintenance
Conduct monthly commission validations and generate reports for accurate compensation


Required Qualifications

1-3 years' experience in Commissions, Finance, Operations, or related field
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any other field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions
Experience with Varicent or similar sales compensation tool (preferred)
